High voltage MLCC are ceramic capacitors rated from 250V to 3kV or higher, using C0G (NP0) or X7R dielectrics. They are used in industrial power supplies, inverters, motor drives, EV onboard chargers, and telecom rectifiers where withstand voltage is critical.

C0G (NP0) provides ultra-stable capacitance over temperature and voltage, but limited to smaller capacitance values (pF-nF range). X7R offers higher capacitance (nF-µF) but with ±15% variation over temperature. Choose C0G for precision and X7R for bulk decoupling.
